Hey, we’re Tyler and Courtney — born and raised in California. We found our way to Temecula in 2024, drawn by its warm community, family-friendly atmosphere, and rolling country hills. We’re reimaging modern development. That’s why we created Village & Vine Microhome Community — a fresh take on the modern American neighborhood, offering affordable housing solutions designed for today’s needs, with community at its core.
